In accordance with the provisions relating to image rights, I hereby authorize Catamarans Barcelona XXI (ESB65445066) at Port Ginesta Local 804, 08860 Les Botigues de Sitges and its technical service providers to take photographs, videos, or digital captures during the event Lagoon World Escapade which will to take place on May 17th to 19th of 2024 at La Ametlla de Mar and Delta del Ebro, Spain. The images can be exploited and used directly by the structure in any form and in all media, in an unlimited territory, without time limit, in their entirety or in excerpts and, in particular: press, book, digital media, exhibition, advertising, public projection, competition, website, social networks. The beneficiary of the authorization is expressly forbidden to make any use of the photographs that may damage their privacy or reputation, as well as to use the photographs, videos or digital captures contained herein, in any medium or any harmful exploitation.
